Chemical hose is a kind of rubber hose which designed to suction and delivery 98% of all chemicals, solvents and corrosive liquids,excellent in handling a wide range of chemicals, petroleum products, oils and battery processing industry. It can be made as a high pressure, high temperature suction and discharge hose designed to handle many commonly used acids, chemicals and solvents. Chemical suction discharge rubber hose’s construction incorporates a Smooth Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) and EPDM, that features a temperature rating to 100°C, will not leach into and contaminate the product which is conveyed. The dual wire helix provides full suction capability, kink resistance and a path to conduct a static electrical charge to ground, and is suitable for use with internally expanded couplings. Hose cover is resistant to abrasion, mild chemicals and ozone.

Reinforcement: High tensile textile cord with helix steel wire.
Cover: constructed by special rubber which corrosion resistance, ozone resistance and wear resistance, smooth or corrugated appearance can be choose.
Application Area
Chemical rubber hoses are widely used for the transport of chemical solvents, acids, alkali and alcohols.Particularly suitable for industrial drainage, seawater transport and water purification systems.
